Herbal hair loss remedies that offer hope

Herbs hold an obvious appeal for many people because they support the body's natural healing mechanisms to target the cause of the problem, as opposed to merely tackling the symptoms. It would be wrong to present herbal hair loss remedies as a miracle solution for all sufferers - there is however growing evidence to support the view that some herbal remedies offer real hope to many people. Let's examine the case for some of the more popular remedies to determine if they're worth trying. Ginkyo biloba - this popular herb is thought to improve blood circulation to the brain and skin. Herbalists believe that the increased flow of blood to the brain area delivers more nutrients to the hair follicle thus promoting hair regrowth. The recommended dose is 120-160mg of dry extract each day spread over three doses.

Green tea (Camellia sinesis) - it is thought that catechins found in green tea may inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase that converts testosterone into hair-unfriendly DHT. It is therefore believed to be effective in preventing and treating male pattern type baldness. You should drink several cups of green tea each day or take it in capsule form as instructed by the manufacturer. He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorum) - also known as Fo-Ti, this Chinese herb has traditionally been used to reduce hair loss. It is found in many commercial preparations, or in tea and capsule form. Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) - derived from the bark of an evergreen, it works in a similar way to green tea. It is widely used to treat prostate problems and male pattern baldness.

Users should take 60-500mg per day in pill or capsule form. Saw palmetto (Seranoa repens) - this is the current treatment of choice for many men due to its ability to protect the prostate, slow hair loss and encourage hair regrowth. It forms the core element of many commercially prepared hair loss treatments but can easily be obtained in its pure form. The recommended dose is a 160mg capsule twice each day, but make sure the ingredients are made from the berry extract not the dried berries themselves.

Stinging nettle (Urtica diocia) - this has long been favored as a means of preventing hair loss due to its ability to block the conversion of testosterone into DHT. It can be taken in pill or capsule form with an optimum dose of 50-100mg per day. It is particularly effective when combined with pygeum and saw palmetto.

It is one of the most preferred injectable anabolic steroids by the bodybuilders, particularly those who are troubled by the gynecomastia, yet looking for the potent anabolic effects of an injectable testosterone. It is often used by the athletes looking to amplify their power, potential, and performance. Sustanon 250 remains active for up to a month, but sustanon shots should be taken at least once a week to keep testosterone levels stable. Often, sustanon dosages range from 250 mg every other week, up to 2000 mg or more per week. Common dosage would range from 250 mg to 1000 mg per week. 250 mg of Sustanon a week can help you to gain about 20 pounds within a couple of months. However, high dosages can lead to several side effects and increased level of estrogen. Some of the side effects associated with sustanon 250 are – Water/Salt Retention, Skin Problems, Male/Female Reproduction System Problems, Gynecomastia, Suppressed Natural Testosterone Production, Hair Loss, Kidney / Liver Problems, and Psychological Issues. However, you can ward off many of the side effects associated with the increased level of estrogen using ntiestrogen such as Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) or Proviron (mesterolone). As sustanon 250 subdues natural testosterone production in your body, you can keep up the natural testosterone production using HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) or Clomid (clomiphene citrate) at the end of a sustanon 250 cycle. Sustanon 250 gives good results, if it is stacked with other anabolic steroids. Sustanon 250 is often stacked with anabolic, such as Anadrol® (oxymetholone), Dianabol (methandrostenlone), Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate), Masteron (drostanolone propionate), and Winstrol (stanozolol). Sustanon 250 however is the injectable anabolic for the experienced steroid users, and it is often not recommended for steroid beginners due to its frequent injection schedule.

Sustanon sustanon 250 sustanon 100

Sustanon is an oil-based injectable steroid comprised of esterized testosterone compounds. It is an androgenic steroid with a pronounced anabolic effect. Sustanon injection is often termed as a depot injection. According to the British National Formulary, Sustanon injection is the most preferred method of testosterone replacement in the UK. Sustanon is available as sustanon 250 and sustanon 100. COMPOSITION – sustanon 250 is a trade name for an oil-based injectable blend of four esterized testosterone compounds – 30mg Testosterone Propionate, 60mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate, 60mg Testosterone Isocaproate, and 100mg Testosterone Decanoate. Sustanon 100 is similar, but containing three esterized testosterone compounds – 20mg Testosterone Propionate, 40mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate, and 40mg Testosterone Isocaproate. Sustanon 100 is the smaller dose, which is meant for paediatric use. USAGE – sustanon is a fairly popular anabolic steroid among the muscle builders. It is commonly used by the athletes who look to enhance their size, strength, and stamina. Since, sustanon leads to less water retention and estrogenic side effects, the injection is extremely beneficial to gynecomastiaic bodybuilders seeking powerful anabolic effect of an injectable anabolic steroid. WORKING – sustanon injection works by creating a reservoir of medicine in muscle where it is injected. Each esterized testosterone is gradually released after different time periods from the reservoir into the bloodstream. Testosterone Propionate is a fast-acting ester, and it is therefore released during the first 24 hours. Testosterone Isocaproate on the other hand, is a long-acting ester, and thus is released last, during a twelve day period. SIDE EFFECTS – sustanon is a fairly safe steroid, but in high dosages of sustanon often result in side effects. Some of the common side effects associated with sustanon 250 include Water/Salt Retention, Skin Problems, Male/Female Reproduction System Problems, Gynecomastia, Hair Loss, Kidney / Liver Problems, and Psychological Issues. The athletes taking high dosages of sustanon 250 may experience increased estrogen level. Thus, the athletes taking dosages exceeding 1000 mg a week should use an antiestrogen such as Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) or Proviron (mesterolone). Often, natural testosterone production is suppressed by sustanon, thus using HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) or Clomid (clomiphene citrate) may be good idea at the end of a sustanon cycle STACKING – sustanon 250 is a good base steroid for stacking. The athletes looking for rapid size and strength gains can stack sustanon 250 with orals steroids, such as Anadrol® (oxymetholone) and Dianabol (methandrostenlone). However, the athletes looking for the hard, ripped look can stack sustanon 250 with Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate), Masteron (drostanolone propionate), and Winstrol (stanozolol).

Although according to studies, a lot of people actually didn’t care about the side effects and still opted to continue on taking Zoloft depression. Some good points to consider though is that Zoloft depression is actually in no way addicting unlike other medication and it is not in any way, can be associated with weight gain. Since Zoloft depression actually comes in various dosages (25mg, 50mg and 100mg tablets), it is definitely best to consult your doctor first before taking any Zoloft depression tablet. This is one of the main reasons why Zoloft depression was actually created in various dosages, since each person is unique, one’s need for Zoloft depression may actually differ from the other and that is why we need professional doctors to assess how much or how little of Zoloft depression does one actually need. Self medication has always been a problem of doctors since their patients usually just end up in worse state than usual whenever they self-medicate and conduct their own diagnosis. Depending on a person’s body makeup or ability to respond to treatments as well as one’s willingness to actually help him or herself get better, the effects of Zoloft depression can be felt in as early as 2 weeks, just continue on following the doctors prescriptions as well as showing up for every therapy session, Zoloft depression will seriously work for you.

Anti aging supplements fight wrinkles from within

Choosing antioxidants to supplement your regular skin routine is an approach that has been validated scientifically. A study by French scientists found that woman taking vitamin C, vitamin E, and betacarotene had 23% fewer new wrinkles, and a reduction in existing wrinkles of 8%. Antioxidants stop the breakdown of collagen and elastin by free radicals. Foods with the highest levels of antioxidants, as measured by the ORAC (oxygen radical absorbence capacity), listed from the highest: prunes, raisins, blueberries, kale, cranberries, spinach, raspberries, brussel sprouts, plums and broccoli. Vitamin A is another important nutrient for the skin. A deficiency in vitamin A will reduce the effectiveness of skin treatments. Vitamin A is needed for the normal growth and renewal of skin cells.

Our skin cells are constantly replacing each other, and new ones are pushed up to the surface as the old ones slough off. Not only is vitamin A an antioxidant, but it also nourishes the fat layer underneath the skin. Vitamin A keeps skin supple, and may prevent skin damage. Symptoms of vitamin A deficiency include dry and rough skin, localized breakouts, fragile skin, wrinkle prone skin, poor skin texture, and splitting nails. One thing to remember with taking vitamin A supplements is not to exceed the recommended daily dose, as it can build up in your body if taken in excess.

Taking 10000 IU per day is fine. Vitamin C is another important beauty supplement. Not only does it help in skin repair by building collagen, but lower levels of vitamin C in the skin are associated with aging and UV damage. Taking 500mg to 2000mg per day, in divided doses, is recommended. An excellent antioxidant supplement to take is alpha lipoic acid (ALA), especially if you're taking the other antioxidant vitamins C and E, and coenzyme Q10. Alpha lipoic acid is not only an antioxidant in its own right, but it has the capacity to recycle these other antioxidants. Alpha lipoic acid is also an anti inflammatory agent, and improves insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is associated with obesity and heart disease. ALA increases the rate at which glucose is removed from the bloodstream, and helps the body detoxify metals that have accumulated. Alpha lipoic acid also prevents the cross linking of fibers, which leads to aging and the development of wrinkles.

Alpha lipoic acid is produced by the body, but only in small amounts. It is used by the cells in their production of cellular energy, and we only benefit from its antioxidant effects if the amount of ALA in our bodies is greater than that which our cells need for normal functioning. And, unfortunately, the levels of ALA in our body decline as we age. One advantage of alpha lipoic acid is that it is both fat and water soluble. This means it can work in all parts of our body, making it very versatile. Most antioxidants are either fat or water soluble, but not both. For example, vitamin A is fat soluble, and vitamin C is water soluble. Taking about 50 to 100mg of alpha lipoic acid supplements a day has been suggested, though this supplement has not been tested on pregnant or breast feeding women.
